SBASPECTRA Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Is a firm of architects, town planners and engineers providing comprehensive design services for clients in the sectors of IT and Corporate Offices, Housing, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial developments in India, Middle East and the US. The firm has been formed as a merger of S.Bhattacharyya & Associates and SPECTRA. We are currently providing our services for a 50 acre IT SEZ in Kolkata and a 25 acre IT SEZ in Durgapur, the largest mass housing township project in Asia on 150 acres, and two biggest township projects in Chhattisgarh. The Chhattisgarh projects, one covering 134 acres and the other on 100 acres were both secured through design competition and are both currently under construction.

Our comprehensive consultancy services include architectural, structural, MEP and landscape design including specialized services for green building certification and pollution control. Our design process gives the highest priority to the development of a strong and clear design concept incorporating all key inputs from our Clients for a particular project. We refine the concept through multiple discussions with the Client on judicious assessment of the Client requirements and by generation of presentation material highlighting the design features. Our interactive model of work process ensures that all the design elements are clearly defined prior to the start of construction of the project and that the Client is made well aware of all spatial elements and service components. We strive for highest efficiency in the design of infrastructure services. At every stage we provide inputs to the Client to enable them in the decision making process regarding balance of capital expense and maintenance cost and draw up the technical specifications accordingly. During execution of the project our project supervisors oversee the construction process to ensure that the end product matches the design and technical specifications set out for the project.
